SERVICES PROVIDED: With regard to the main building, the work will focus on improving the interior layout and improving the relationship of the kitchen and dining room with the living room, as well as the relationship between all the rooms, aiming in every case to reduce scales and achieve a more rational distribution. Occasionally, larger windows will be fitted, in order to improve the lighting, sunlight and ventilation of the various rooms. A readjustment of the electrical, water and heating installation to the new layout, and the renovation thereof where appropriate. We will also install the new pool, moving it slightly from its current position. The grouting of the façades (the joint between the stones) will be retouched and the roof insulation will be improved, raising the current tiles, fitting insulation and putting back the same tiles.
